Why are some items not available to ship to my country?
Some recordings may not be available for purchase due to copyright restrictions. The shopping cart will also inform you during checkout if you have an item in your cart that cannot be shipped to your country.

What is your returns/refund policy?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will be glad to replace it for you with a copy of the same title. If a CD or DVD is unopened and you decide you no longer want it, we will gladly accept the item as a return and refund your money within 30 days. If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us as soon as you receive the item.

Please include a note of explanation for your return and a copy of your invoice, or note your name, address, customer number, order number and order date. Email us if you require further assistance.

What is your cancellation policy?
If we can catch your order before it goes to the warehouse for shipping we will cancel it - so email us right away if you need to cancel your order. If we cannot catch it in time we can process a return for you. Please follow the directions for returns above.

Does NaxosDirect take phone orders?
We do not accept phone orders. 

Does NaxosDirect take mail orders? Yes, but please try to use the website first. To send in an order by mail, print your shopping cart out and mail your cheque order to:

Does NaxosDirect take fax orders? Yes - send your order along with credit card info including expiration date to our fax number: 01 2985715. Include your address and email address.

How much is shipping? All items are shipped FREE within the Ireland.

What is NaxosRewards?

Naxos Rewards is our way of thanking you for being a customer of NaxosDirect.com.

You earn 10 points for every euro you spend and your points are automatically tracked via the My Account page.   

Our shopping cart will inform you when you earn enough points (1000 points) to redeem it for a gift certificate of €5.00 that you can use on an order.

Gift Certificates?

To redeem a gift certificate have your gift certificate code handy and just copy it into the gift certificate field in the shopping cart.
